★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible. was aggressive and hard to deal with from the start, would cut me off mid sentence and gave the impression he would much rather be somewhere else. performed unauthorised work on my vehicle, was threatening to remove all fitted parts and dump my vehicle on the road because i confronted him with the consumer act. proceeded to call me a nutter, and tried to involve multiple other parties at his workshop, including my support person, claimed he was worried for my mental health, yet threatened me with the police, yet i was within my rights. would not allow me to take my vehicle to get a second opinion and barricaded it in with other vehicles, is now threatening to take my vehicle to an undisclosed location until i pay, but sees nothing wrong with his action of doing things to my vehicle without even asking. has had the vehicle for almost a month to do a job that takes a day. was verbally abusive, made derogatory comments. over priced. i have paid an amount so far which he is threatening to keep, after stripping my vehicle and leaving it on the road. i am a single mother and a student and i believe he has tried to capitalise on this, thinking i know nothing. the customer is always right, but not to this guy. seriously questioning if he is on drugs. very unstable aggressive nasty individual. would not reccomend.

Got growly with me for coming in before the end of the day to get my own car, even though I'd seen it parked in drive with work visibly completed. Charged me 40% above the estimate. Lied about how much the estimate was. They got angry about how if he mentions a price to get a job that that's not an estimate, just a made up number, and that whatever price he gives WILL end up being higher once the job is done. Got angry with me on pickup for getting dropped off to work (1km) when I brought car in, despite me organising that with him last week. Bye Felicia.
