β β β β β Under cooked. Did not cook what we ordered despite going over it twice on phone and twice at shop. Missed several items and 4 scoops of chips presented as 1.5 scoops equivalent from other shops. I told them we had 15 people yet they still under served. Have never been under served b4. Very disppointed

β β β β β Very poor service. Phone is always engaged - probably just left off the hook to stop people calling because when you go in, no one is calling? Small portions. Inconsistent quality and just general incompetence - they are the only fish and chip shop in town so leaves locals no choice. Get it together Joey.

β β β β β I have ordered a sweet & sour on rice for my dinner here while visiting and it was nit what i was expecting. It was just like deep fried chicken fillets, a bit crunchy, the vegetable is boiled and everything wasnβt cook with the sauce as it was just like a minute squeeze of ketchup on top of everything.

β β β β β Very disappointed. A scoop of chips was a miserly handful. The fish and crabsticks were generously coated in thick batter. When the batter was removed the fish portion had less fish in it than a vegan fish finger.

β β β β β Hello Iβm a diary farmer out pirinoa an everytime I want to make a phone order .. your phone is either off the hook or you donβt answer at all very frustrating as we love your takeaways . But sadly this makes it a 2 star out of 5. Thanks for reading this hope you can improve your phone

β β β β β Did not enjoy the takeaways we ordered from here, being the closest takeaways to where I live I figured it would be great, unfortunately the chips were super greasy, I couldn't eat them, the burgers lettuce was wilted which made the burger taste funny, to much mayonnaise and just tasted way to greasy very strong oil taste, we paid $44 for our meal, I will stick to my original takeaways Mac's in Masterton can't go wrong here.

β β β β β Ordered ~6:45pm on a Saturday night and was ready within 15mins. Combination fried rice was tasty although the container could have been filled more. Also ordered sweet and sour pork which came with rice. This is battered in similar possibly the same batter to fish (usually Chinese takeaways use a different flour / batter) but it was crispy and the sauce was very tasty. It also came with steamed white rice. We will certainly eat here again.
