โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed in the way my son's prescription was dealt with. As i had decided to take my prescription elsewhere the receptions attitude had changed and was not willing to help in anyway with my sons funding. I had someone ring on my behalf from another optometrist to query my funding and they were told it is in their hands now and werent willing to help out with any of the paper work even tho it was needed by the optometrist who had tested my son's vision. Very unprofessional and would prefer to go elsewhere with the lack of help recieved. At the end of the day I needed my son's vision sorted and was very upset with the immature nature of the company.
