β β β β β Went in today for help with Contact Lenses and was really pleased with the service I got from Tee. She was so helpful and patient with me. She made the whole experience simple and relaxed. She was very knowledgable. I was extremely pleased at the balance of professionalism and kindness she portrayed. Highly recommend this store to everyone! I know I will definitely be going back to this store.

β β β β β A fabulous experience all around - 10/10. Great service from the optometrist and other staff. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the eye exam and the seamless service all around. The staff are very knowledgeable and took their time to help me find the right glasses and lenses. Great value for money and highly recommend.

β β β β β Ravi was AMAZINGLY helpful today for finding me some frames. His customer service was 10/10 and was super happy to help even though I spent 2 hours choosing. Unfortunately he missed my sale by another salesperson, but I wanted to make sure Ravi got recognition for being so lovely today.

β β β β β The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. They were more than happy to answer any questions i had and the optometrist explained everything to me very clearly. Both staff members who helped with my frames were amazing, gave me helpful advice and helped me choose frames that would suit my face. Was a very pleasant and stress free experience for my first time doing this.
