β β β β β Went in to replace my soles on some old leather shoes, the man was very helpful in explaining my options and the shoes were to be picked up the following week. The following week I call in and the shoes wouldn't be ready for another week. Come the following Saturday the shoes were an hour away from being ready. This was initially going to be a poor review, however the man apologised upon pickup and threw in free laces, horse hair brushes and leather cream. Would've appreciated a text or call explaining the shoes were going to be delayed instead of having to call in myself. Just to add - the job was very professionally done and am very happy about the new soles.

β β β β β HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I accidentally ran over my leather shoes with my car, the heels were screwed, took it to these guys and had the heels replaced and got a bonus shoe shine and new laces. The shoes look brand new! And the price was great, meant it was a lot more affordable to fix rather than replace. Cheers

β β β β β Went in to get a new pair of Doc Martens stretched as they were too tight. Only cost $25 and they told me they'd stretch them as many times as I needed. They ended up stretching them twice for me and then told me I could take them away for a week or so to see how they feel, if I decided I needed them stretched further I could bring them back in and they'd keep stretching them at no extra cost. Awesome service ! Would definitely recommend :)
