Recently with a new staff member I decided I wanted to show her how fast we could create itineraries with Tourwriter. In 20 minutes I filled out an entire itinerary, all while she was on a phone call, her response was simply, ‘holy cow!’.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped at Jolly Bikes in Thames, asked if they would put a few drops of oil on our two bikes' chains. Two squirts from an aerosol can, which we had to administer ourselves, were charged at $5 per bike. This was the directive from the boss, and it was evident that the two staff members were embarrassed by his greed. A quick Google search showed a whole can (see photo) retailed for only $18. Jolly Bikes, jolly expensive - stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jolly Bikes could not have been any better. We had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Matthias, over our Anzac Weekend bike trip and the service and hospitality were top level. Any minor problem was taken care of with speed and graciousness. Hannah also deserves a mention for her helpfulness and friendliness. Highly recommend this bike company.
