Went looking for a vehicle from Germany, found 2 but way out of my price range ($15,000) they do have a very good name and after sales service .

Good selection of vehicles. Was dead set on one car in particular but could not agree on a few issues so purchased similar car from another dealer

Worst $9000 used Outback ever owned. First 12 months motor removed twice for headgasket failures initially due to external headgasket failure with more than $3,000 in repairs (fortunately mostly covered by the warranty) but left with an engine that knocks when cold. The clutch was a $2,000 dual-mass flywheel and clutch plate replacement to correct a heavy clutch pedal and squeeky throw-out bearing when purchased (had this inspected and replaced for $2,000 over an above the warranty for head-gaskets during head-gasket replacement). Within 24 months centre differential failure (pending $2,000 repairs currently - didn't help tires were mismatched on purchase, one of the leading causes of centre diff failure in AWD's as we later found out). These are major type repairs, not what I would call minor as they involved engine removal and hours of work and machining , and personally believe no where near "premium used car" condition. In hindsight, it appears the head-gasket and diff failure is common for this car after consulting mechanics more familiar with Subarus. Other repairs were expected for age and I wont list them, as I believe that is normal wear and tear for price and mileage. Would not have touched it with a barge pole for $9,000 had we known the engine, clutch and diff were in such poor condition. It's certainly been one of the most stressful to own vehicles not trustworthy enough to take outside of town. To their credit, emails weren't responded to but after posting this review they have made attempts at contact. However, I'm not removing the above review, the car was not worth $9,000 and I believe they sell that many Subaru's they would have known the risks with this car before selling it and should not have sold it with mis-matched brand/tread depth tires without warning us.

As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, buying a used car on-line from a distant dealer, was pretty scary! But both Josh and Richard were really good to deal with, being incredibly patient and open with my endless questions, organizing an AA inspection etc. Then Richard even met me at the airport. A great service all round, and I'm very pleased with my car.

Bought a car from Jones motoring a year ago now for around the $3000 mark. They were honest with what work needed done which was reflected in the price. Had the part it needed replaced instantly and it has been a brilliant little runaround. Highly recommend Jones motoring, honest and friendly staff and a year down the line happy with my car.
