I don't understand how shops like this can survive. Noel Leeming send my vacuum cleaner here because it was broken. For two weeks I receive no communication from Saxon until I call to ask whether they actually received my vacuum cleaner (they had) and if they had been able to order a part (they had) and if they had an ETA (they didn't). Two MONTHS later, they finally received the replacement part and... it's the wrong part. I picked up my vacuum cleaner before the part arrived because I needed it and it was somewhat usable without the replacement part. They had apparently given the vacuum cleaner a "blow out" but it was dirtier than before (dust canister was full of black grime and dust that I definitely don't see when vacuuming my place!) and it was reassembled incorrectly which could have broken another part. This place is pretty useless and I would recommend finding a different repair shop. If Noel Leeming wants to send your stuff here, ask them for a different repair shop or find one yourself. The staff when dealt with were friendly, but I would have appreciated some more communication from their side. Their level of skill and attention to detail is hopefully clear from the rest of my review...

Can I give a zero star? Worst customer service, clearly don't believe in Covid. Insurance company have asked Saxon to assess damaged cooktop, due to length of time to get Saxon to assess (over 10 days since damage occurred). Couldn't wait any longer so bought a new one and had installed. Told Saxon that we would drop in the damaged cooktop as its already been removed and my partner is high risk due to being pregnant. Saxon refused this request because transporting the damaged cooktop could potentially damage further with is apparently more important than the health and wellbeing of my partner. What an absolute Joke

If I could leave zero stars I would. They are the most incompetent bunch of fools I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and the fact they're still in business is frankly astounding. We ordered a spare part for our freezer in mid April. Six weeks later after not hearing back from them I emailed them again, and called several times to get an ETA. Over a week later I finally got through to someone who told me the person who does the orders was on annual leave. A few days later I got a call to ask exactly what I had ordered and then they said it hadn't been ordered. They finally ordered the part I needed, and my partner collected it. When she picked it up they overcharged her by over 33%.Over a week later I still haven't had a response to my email requesting a refund of the amount overcharged. Avoid at all costs.

Their number goes straight to an answer phone then cuts you off without leaving a message... Called between 4.00-5.00pm over 2 days, with 5.00pm said to be the shutting time. What's going on?

If I could give it a zero I would, never had worse customer serivce before like this. Took me to ring after waiting about 4 extra weeks after been told it could be up to 3-6 depending on parts. Then guy at counter and on phone was so rude. Said he was confused why it took me so long to ring. Then stood there and said we tried to ring. Which I showed my call log on all of my calls to them but none from them . Highly recommend not to use them

Bar fridge has disappeared !!! Dropped off my bar fridge for repair, paid the inspection fee, didnt hear back for nearly a month. Called to chase it up only find out they have lost my bar fridge. They cant find it anywhere. The job card isnt on the computer and the fridge isnt in the building. Oh well there goes a $1000 bar fridge. Unbelievable how these guys are apparently a business! One star is to good of a rating!!!

Took '6' months for a part to come in (it turns out it wasn't ordered) and then the part didn't fix the fault which is all bad enough as it was. Only to be made worse by a receptionist who spoke over the top of me, yelled at me and then hung up on me a number of times. She left me in tears. I would give zero stars if I could. The only redeeming feature was the kind man who got the loan washing machine out of my car when I returned it. Would not recommend. Save your pennies, time and sanity.

Zero stars. Came out three times to fix my fridge. 1st repair failed in two weeks. More parts changed. Repair man said no additional charge as was was under guarantee from 1st repair. 'Repair' failed again. But I kept receiving a bill for parts. Today told they cannot guarantee that coincidentally other parts fail. But they are happy to come out again and have another look. Apparently they specialise in repairs according to their website.. no the truth is they are a parts supplier. Look somewhere else, you have more problems if you use this crowd.
