★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience using the JUCY van while touring the northern island of New Zealand. I was able to change the place where I wanted to pickup my van without a hiccup. The staff were friendly and very accomodating to any requests. They explained what needed to be done in order for things to work out well and smoothly.
There was a shuttle to pick us up from the airport after giving them a ring. The staff helped us load our luggage and brought us swiftly to the van pickup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive expectation mismatch. Promised low mileage cars and got a 180,000km car with duct tape sealing part of the windscreen and ancient roof rack that wasn't requested, and no option to have it removed. Fine for students but will stick to the main agencies from now on. Lesson learnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is first time I take JUCY as experience in car rental. Never been in New Zealand before, so I do hope for the best from JUCY. All I can say is, their service here is very bad. After take payment, they just leave us like that, not help us anything to set up the car, teach us how to use the car. It seem like they just give what you pay for it and say "our policy is just give what you book for, we are not responsible for anything else..." they say like this after got full payment from me. Hard for me, but I take that chellange for my family. This teach me a lot in picking the right car rental company next time. Please read review first before you pick the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The campervan was average (we rode a Chaser) but the costumer service is
awful! We relocated a van from Wellington to Auckland (after Jucy called us asking for it) and but the fridge didn't work. Moreover, we were told at pick up that because it was a relocation we didn't need to return the fuel tank full. We dropped off at Auckland and said that it was a relocation and that at Wellington we were told that we didn't need to worry about filling up the tank. A few days after having dropped off the van I receive an email saying they were going to charge $130 for the fuel and fee. What's more ridiculous is that I put throught a formal complaint at the drop off because of the fridge so we could get a refund, they said someone would send an email and so far I haven't received anything! We talked to another couple riding another Chaser and they were having the same issue so apparently it's quite common. Really disappointed with the company and with the costumer service!

I've got a campervan chase, from Christchurch to Auckland. Best experience ever!!!! They will make a kind of induction to the van, teaching you all the details, features and how to use it. Highly recommend.
