★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service from this firm. We use rental cars on a regular basis and have had varying service from most of them. This company went above and beyond with a well priced and very tidy car. Pickup was quick and efficient, drop off even better as I had recently had a total knee replacement and they wouldn’t even let me lift a bag, they transferred the luggage from the hire car into the shuttle bus and on the luggage trolley at the airport. A genuinely friendly and helpful team. The manager responsible for putting this team together deserves a medal!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay for - the car was a bit of a disaster (very scratched, lots of staining on the seats, radio was in chinese so had no idea what to press etc etc) but it did what it needed to do. Just be careful around payments - if you're like me and you don't have a credit card, you'll have to pay for the platinum insurance coverage (an extra $20 per day) and then you'll have to leave a $250 bond with them that they say they'll reimburse into your account two weeks after the car has been returned. Five weeks after I returned the car they still hadn't reimbursed the payment, and I needed to follow them up. They paid straight away when I followed them up, but if you weren't looking for it it would be easily missed and you would be out of pocket.

The rental place in Mangere was accessible and they helped me rent a car easily and the staff at the front desk were really helpful. I would definitely use them again.
