★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful tasting here a few weeks ago, one of my favourite wine experiences in central Otago. A shame though that no one was around to answer my 'door knocks' when I stopped to grab some wine on my way to Queenstown today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angela and Paul are the owners of this lovely vineyard. They spent many years of their lives to make everything that happens here. The vineyard produces excellent Pinot Noir and Sankt Laurent (a kin variety of Pinot from Austria), leans toward feminine side of style in body and structure. Overall, the wines are lengthy in palate, great acidity, very perfumed in berry and floral aroma. These wines can age very well if cellar carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been doing central Otago rail cycling trail and randomly came to this vineyard. Tasting in winemaker house, stories about vineyard and how its been established... as a result instantly bought "Alibi" wine. Totally recommend this place! Thank you again for warm welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and myself have stopped in here a couple of times now, its a quaint spot - we were actually planning on popping in again when we learned we were in lockdown again!
Host is just lovely and the wines are SPECTACULAR. Lovely spot and great wine, a must do when in Alex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organic, natural and carefully crafted, Judge Rock has curated an excellent selection of wines from their local vineyard. We had an awesome time with Angela and Paul hearing how they’ve transitioned to an organic vineyard and captured awesome flavours into their wines. For our pallets, the 2015 Pinot and the Port really delivery. Love your work, thanks and all the best.
