★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Two loaded fries with extra cheese sauce and two shakes. All meant to be takeaway. One shake wasn’t take away so had to be remade. Both loaded fries weren’t take away either. One had extra cheese sauce and the other one had extra salsa. Either the person taking orders needs to be retrained or someone in the kitchen needs to be. We also had someone else order food and it was meant to be takeaway as well but it came out on a plate and then last minute put into a take away container. Even though we were already sitting here eating our loaded fries at a table. There seems to be a lack of communication between the person taking orders and the people serving it up.
The person bringing our stuff out seemed fed up and over everything. Although was willing to put our fries into a takeaway container so grateful for that but I didn’t want her to have to go back and do that after having to re-do my shake.
Very disappointed with the quality off the loaded fries as well. Not as nice as they were last time I visited. Most likely will not be coming again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, milkshakes were half cream though. Never one to review or even complain about a place but the customer service was awful. We went up to order and had to stand there for a while because the staff were ignoring us in the corner. They brought the drinks over ten minutes after the food and they weren’t what we ordered. When I said this to them they rolled their eyes and walked away, and came back with the right drinks ten minutes later but slammed them on the table without saying anything. Get customer service training please, won’t be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vibe is good, but waiting time is terrible. Restaurant is not busy( half seated) but it takes 50 mins and food is still not ready yet. Trying to ask staff and her attitude is disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little diner- my coffee was delicious. Didn't grab a photo of the meal but was basic bacon and eggs (they happily substituted gluten free bread for me)...nothing fancy but a good feed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value, good ambience and great food. Many visits, they used to have great don't but they don't know but still 5 stars. Pics of last visit with waffles with chicken added and a beef burger. All excellent.
