★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly on arrival. Some spillage or vomit on the ground near cafe, left there for over 30mins! (Staff walked past it several times)
Not happy bringing my own socks from another trampoline park which are very similar and advised you cant use them. Probably a bit of marketing gimmick to get more money off you, then seeing a staff member jump on the trampolines with their shoes on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 2:30pm and been explained that the sessions run on hourly basis. I understand that you don't want to sell half hour time slots but if a customer is willing to buy 1.5h, it is ridiculous to ask the person to pay for 2h or wait for 30 minutes for the next session to start. You had capacity on the already started session and you were still demanding full price ($20) to be paid while you would only provide half of the service. This is just wrong. Have an option to buy 1.5h and make it only available when buying it whenever a session is half way through instead of ripping customer of by providing only half of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 9 year old son to jump on Easter Monday at 12pm and the lady that helped us and served us all day was so helpful and super kind. I have only been twice and it has made me want to keep going back. The food was super nice as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought the kids here. It is a very active activity but fun for the kids to burn off some energy. Staff were lovely to deal with and we all had fun . I would recommend bringing the kids here , book in advance as it does get busy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much fun for everyone… we went on weekdays, very quiet and nice. Friendly staff and tidy area.
There are 2 rooms to hire for birthday parties and they do offer reasonable packages…
Very clean bathrooms
And a tiny play area for babies provided
