★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from Robyn, at the start she was great but after the paperwork signed, forget about customer service.
Rude, lack of response on requests, having to follow her just to name a few things.
I don’t like leaving reviews unless they are positive but given people will trust this person to manage peoples homes I felt I needed to.
The response below is also not true as I visited the branch in person to sign the paperwork and pick up the keys and met with Robyn.
She may of moved on since but as I still received COVID emails in May that might not be the case.

Garry was an excellent communicator, he has a vibrant, enthusiastic personality, is extremely knowledgeable about the area and ways to best present and sell the house and he is also a very pleasant person to deal with in general. We were very confident that he would secure the best price for the property and he did! His team exceeded our expectations during the whole process.
