β β β β β We've had the biggest Flex trampoline for nearly 5 years and have found it awesome, especially all the extras (we have the sprinkler system and the basketball attachment) - the kids just love it. Recently I noticed some of the D rings and springs were starting to rust so I contacted Jumpflex to find out about buying replacements. They checked and told us our trampoline was still under warranty, so sent out replacements at no cost - I didn't expect that - fabulous customer service!! Looking forward to many more years of happy jumping

β β β β β We purchased the 12 ft jump flex trampoline just under 5 years ago. After a lot of research into the different brands on the market we decided to go for Jumpflex as even though it had a premium price we thought we were receiving a premium product that would last and not rust as their marketing at the time claimed. We were disappointed to realise that the metal d-rings on the mat had rusted when springs started falling off. The rust level was so bad that this must have started only a few years after we purchased it. The response from Jumpflex was very prompt, which was appreciated, however the process for organising replacement parts under warranty has been stressful and arduous. Initially we were told that replacement parts would take 6 months plus to arrive and we were better to upgrade to a new model trampoline at a cost. We understand that covid has caused delays, but 6 months plus seemed excessive. We were made to feel that the only option if we wanted a trampoline to use anytime soon was to pay for an upgrade. This situation is not unique to us, and it seems that the first generation jump flex trampolines have parts that rust. Amazingly in the space of 7 days after many emails back and forth the wait time for parts has now gone down from 6 months to 4 weeks. It seems the main intent when claiming under warranty is to try and convince customers to purchase an upgraded trampoline unless you are prepared to spend a considerable amount of time continually asking for Jumpflex to meet their warranty obligations in a timely manner.

β β β β β We love our Trampoline! Itβs big enough and strong enough for our little family to all be jumping at the same time. The surrounding net keeps the children safe. Very happy with the quality of materials used and the friendly staff who helped along the way with our purchase.

β β β β β We brought the jumpflex trampoline for my boys who are 2 and 4 for Christmas. Best present we have ever got them they spend hours on it and absolutely love the slide accessory. The trampoline is well made and my husband thought it was easy to put together (even in the rain on Christmas eve?). Could not be happier with our purchase it will last for many years to come and still looks brand new.

β β β β β Love our Jumpflex tramp, surprisingly it blends into the lawn quite well given the size!
We ordered a larger size than we intended to to allow for growing kids and glad we did as itβs great for adults to be on there too. Feels strong and stable which was very important to us!
We also ordered the basketball hoop and slide as accessories which we have found great quality and they get used which is always a plus.
Highlight is the amazing customer service, nothing is a problem for this company and we are really happy with the purchase.

β β β β β Jumpflex are amazing! We have had our tramp for almost 4 years. Our jumping mat had some holes in it after 3 years so I told jumpflex about it and they sent out a new mat the very next day free of charge. So when our net broke I called to find out how I could replace it and they again sent out a new net free of charge and sent it out the very next day! The woman I spoke to was super helpful! Such a good company. I will always recommend jumpflex to anyone wanting to purchase a trampoline!

β β β β β We bought a Flex120 for the two kids six months ago, and we cannot fault it. It is a great size for me and two boys to all jump around together. It is well made and feels really solid to jump on. It is really safe for the kids, the side nets stand up to everything the kids throw at them (themselves and each other..)The shade sail does a great job. Assembly time was about 2h single handed.
The kids and I really love this trampoline, highly recommended for anyone!
