I paid on the day. They then sent me an aggressive text 1 week later saying I hadn’t paid and they would send my details to a debt collector.I then got a second text demanding payment.
I told them that I was very upset ..the director talked over the top of me, hung up on me ..told me he wasn’t interested to hear customers feedback because he had been on a course.
Number one rule of any business…listen to your customers otherwise your business will fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, Cara gave awesome communication. The guys that arrived at to remove items is very friendly, patient, effient and professional. Gave a reasonable price for the items to be removed and even was able to come in less than 2 - 3 hours from calling them.
Very pleased with the service and would recommend their service to friends & family and also future use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JunkTech are AWESOME! Cara on the phone was really helpful and friendly and extra patient with me when I kept adding new items for pick up and needing an updated quote. They picked up on the same day and took every item I had without a problem plus the guys who collected were super helpful and friendly too. Before I chose JunkTech I got several quotes from other junk collection companies. I also compared prices with a couple of Flexibin type of companies too and JunkTech came out on top for what I needed. I cannot recommend them enough.
