★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my hair cut 6 or so times at Just Cuts and the result has run the full gamut of “awful” to “excellent”. My most recent cut, sadly, falls near the start of that continuum, necessitating some rough & ready repairs by my wife on my return home. One particular staff member there gave me an excellent cut predictably but she seems to have moved on. I’m unlikely to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a cheap hair cut and they didn't disappoint. That's exactly what I got. A cheap haircut. No style at all. Way shorter than I told the stylist I wanted it. You get what you pay for. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money! Stylists are good and listens to your needs. The wait time wasn't bad at all. No need for prior booking just walk in and get your hair sorted. My daughter had a basic blunt cut and I got my hair trimmed and tided up the layers. The job was done efficiently and neatly. Can't believe we were both done in 40 mins :)??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst barbershop I've ever been to, I show them the hairstyle I want to cut, it's a simple layer, but don't cut it short, but she cut my hair very short, and the layers are all front and back It's flat, her attitude is also very lazy, and then I'm not very satisfied and tell her that I can't see the layers and it's short, not professional at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always liked jc Johnsonville. And got a great cut today. However one of the other hairdressers spent an inordinate amount of time talking to her clients before during and after their haircuts. It took her about twenty minutes to wash someone's hair which meant I had to wait. She needs to realize people go to just cuts for a nice quick cut and don't want to wait until she stops chatting. Sorry, I hate complaining, but this was rude. Thanks for your reply. However you didn't get my point. Because she talked so much that I was held up getting a wash then cut, that I wasted about 20 minutes, so great haircut, but it took too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairdresser gave me a haircut that was waaayyyy shorter than I wanted, it was very uneven & she shaved a new hairline. I left in tears. The owner rang me (after I complained online) & offered a no cost fix up with her manger/senior stylist (only been a hairdresser for 5 yrs). Result: even when I asked for a certain shape (short, faded mohawk) that worked with the new length I didn't get it.
