I highly recommend this clinic and Diana in particular. After many bad experiences with waxing I’ve finally found someone who is able to provide treatment to my specific needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service skills on my first and second visit. Thought id give them another try. I waited for my scheduled appointment for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from the hairdresser i was booked in with. The only person who was attentive was the junior staff member ( apprentice? ) she informed me that my appointment had been removed. i appreciated the honestly from her.
Overall disappointing expierence both times. i was charged more than the quoted price, these things happen, hair appointments are not cheap but two different prices each time??
My estimate was 230+ for all over colour (roots and ends) and blowdry style. The most expensive hair appointment i have ever received. The colour was not what i wanted, that was okay.. these things happen. Not the issue here.
The hairdresser showed no interest in finding out if i was happy with the result. 'All done' and off she went. I felt like an unwelcomed inconvenience both times. Such a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racist stylist with unwelcoming attitude, I’ve booked a Kirasilk treatment with Helen, but the stylist attitude was awful, her racist attitude made me leave the place after 5 mins.
Update: Thanks Vivo Customer services team and Regional manager for your quick response and kind apology.

Sofy. I always find the experience here consistent and I have never felt as informed at a hair dresser.
Some hair dressers ask you things like how do you want to tone your hair etc but I have never had any idea , this is the only place that walked me through different toner options and what they look like etc,.
I trust this place with my hair and feel like I know what I’m going to get with them regardless of which stylist I book with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had a hair smoothening treatment done at the Vivo Salon Johnsonville. It was my first experience there and I am super happy about the service given by Hannah. First I had a consultation with her couple of weeks ago and it really helped me to decide which treatment to choose for my hair. Very nice team and prompt service.
Looking forward to go there again.
