β β β β β A++++++ wow I love shopping at Just Jeans anyway but the store at the Base just has to take the lead. Other stores could take a leaf out of JJ's book.
The staff member who served me deserves a medal and a raise! lol. She knew her product and after I told her I had a disability, she went the extra mile to make sure she ran around after me so that I did not get sore looking for clothes and trying on clothes that did not fit properly.
She is very very good at her job and her customer service was impeccable. I hope she is there every time I shop at this store, she made a potentially painful job easy and enjoyable for me. Thank you for making my day happy after shopping at Just Jeans, The Base. ?

You turned my birthday day into a sussesful shopping day..
A day out spoiling my self for my birthday, I choose just jeans I spent about 30 minuites in this store.. Trying all sorts of things on, I started giving up as the things I wonted weren't in my size, next minuite a helpful lady overheard me moaning to my friend about not having my size and comes over and askes for my size and checks out the back, not once but twice this lady took time out to do this for me.. I carry on about my business in the store come across a pair of shorts I really liked again not in my size the same lady comes over asked what size, checked out the back and wasn't any in stock, goes to her computer looks it up to find there is a pair my size in stock in another store, she gave me the options for it to be sent by courier to my house... This lady took my birthday and shopping experience to a whole different level, her customer service and customer satisfaction could not be faulted, you made sure I was satisfied. I was so happy with my shopping experience I had to ask for this ladys name.. So SUMMER thank you for your effort and your customer service, you really made my birthday day a sussesful day.. I will definitely return

β β β β β Manager Summer - WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CRUEL BEHAVIOUR
03/10/2021 I went to the store today for my purchase on 24/09/2021 at 8:59 pm.
One of the shirts I wore for one day was ripped from both of its underarms. I paid $80 just for the Shirt and with 2 other items total $137. I got the second item to get a 50% off deal for which they gave me 50% off on the second lowest item.
I was happy with a refund of $80 or even buying something else in exchange.
The counter lady Emily offered me only one offer which was buying the same shirt.
I denied buying the same shirt knowing the quality of it.
While I was looking for the other item, the counter lady advised that I am entitled to get $ 61 back as they have split the 50 % discount I had on the second item and it gets split on three items while the refund process happens.
How is this fair?? I paid full $80 for the item and your product being at fault takes away my right to have my full $80 back?
When I requested for my full $80, Emily and Paris Hill on the counter rang the manager called Summer who advised me to come back next week, to which I declined as I work and don't have so much free time to come back and forth from where I live. I live far from base. Without asking anything further Summer advised that "I am not welcome at the store" and to call security on me.
My partner was with me. Neither I was rude and neither I was swearing. I had a consistent tone while speaking to counter ladies. Despite of that
I was told that I was rude and was told by Paris to leave and get out of the store as suggested by her manager.
I did not appreciate the way the staff has dealt with my refund process. I was threatened to get security guards called on me to kick me out and was told to get out and leave by Paris Hill. I never knew security guards were meant to be called for politer people. I would like Summer to be told her responsibilities towards her customers. Her approach was very rude. She is a racist and doesn't know how to politely deal with a customer. And she is passing the same attitude down to staff.
I will also like to mention that Emily have been polite through out and understood customer's perspective. Please do see google reviews for this lady. Many of the clients have given their bad feedback for this lady. Me and my partner have experienced the same. My partner have been the witness.

β β β β β Not good enough that all 3 staff members in one day do not know how to properly process a refund through afterpay. Staff should be trained to do this. I had to ring head office and it wasn't even fixed until I emailed the issue to afterpay.
