★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, went into the store today and was served by a guy called Matt. He said he usually works at the Riccarton shop. I haven't been jeans shopping in such a long time and felt completely overwhelmed by the huge selection and didn't know where to even start looking. Matt was so helpful, made it really easy and I left with two pairs. Would just like to acknowledge how skilled his retail service was and because of him, I will absolutely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased several pairs of jeans of Just Jeans over the years. I can honestly say that what I have bought is always good quality and has lasted a long time.
They usually have a good sale on at any time so keep a look out because some of these sales are certainly worth considering. Staff are quite proactive and will ask as soon as they can to see if you need help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday we went to Glasson's in Northlands there was one lovely girl there run off her feet that was very helpful.
Two young girls attending the changing rooms were sour and not at all helpful. They did not seem to be client focused in the least. We moved on to Just Jeans and met a lovely young woman "Ella" she was the total opposite to the Glasson's staff. She worked with us and helped our daughter find the right pair of jeans for her body shape and really knew her products. It was a total pleasure dealing with Ella or Ellie hope I have that correct. We will be back she was amazing. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like and dislike this shop, as it looks like they have heaps of stuff but not enough variety, at least for me. I'd expect if you are searching for a jean jacket to at least have a couple of different options but no here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found 5 amazing pairs of jeans! I get so stressed and anxious trying to find jeans and Syd was amazing - she was so helpful and attentive! I am very petite and really struggle to find jeans that fit - she found me so many flattering pairs and made the whole process, that usually ends with me going home in tears, enjoyable and successful! Hope you recognise what a great member of staff you have, give that girl a pay rise :)
