The employee of the month goes to a guy named Patrice!! A nice young man who was helpful and served us a with a smile, ?. Made our day, so if you ever see this Patrice, thank you so much!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this warehouse to be well stocked with all the brands the Warehouse usually carries in store. The only comment I have worth mentioning is that the DVD range seems to be better at some stores than other stores. This Warehouse here seems to have a narrower range of DVDs up for sale.
Being in the Northlands mall there is ususlly good car parking. Just note the car parks are not large so swipe damage is a real possibility. Good alignment of your car in the car park does really help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 items were charged at higher rate at the self check-out counter than displayed rate. Upon insisting one of the staff member changed the price and charged correctly. There were no apologies or even assurance to rectify the prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Warehouse has been advertising that they are using sustainable practices which is FALSE. One example is the wasp killing products they sell which also kill other flying insects like the bee which is endangered in NZ because of these kinds of pesticides. Also killing butterflys and ladybirds which are in depleting numbers in NZ. The packaging lacks clarity as it doesnt inform the customer before purchasing that what's claimed to kill wasps also kills every other insect it encounters. The wasp trap itself suggests adding sugar water and things which will attract more bees butterflys ladybirds etc as well as wasp. This isnt sustainable practice at all. It's an ignorant way of killing insects that are EXTREMELY NECESSARY for a healthy ecosystem, plant reproduction and honey production.
