★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with the service today ,no hello or anything when I came in ,in fact they walked in the opposite direction ,I could hear them talking (not to me)
The -what I assume was the 'manager' managed to pull herself away only when I asked for help then proceeded to be rude and almost agressive,I asked her if she was having a bad day ,she said no and a full fake smile came on ,I said I had purchased the same jeans before in another store and she was adamant that I was lying,that I had no idea what I was talking about.
She seems like she absolutely hates her job and people ,maybe time to look at a career change as I was prepared to spend. I said I would not be coming back ,shame ,there are plenty of people out of work who could do a far superior job.
Glad to see i wasn't the only one , seeing all the other reviews about her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy jeans I knew exactly what I wanted and what size I needed. Sales assistant was very rude and argued with me about what size I needed. Left without any jeans and purchased them on line. Want to support local but to be treated so badly made for a horrible experience

I have been to this store many time because i loved the products but not even once i have received a good service. Hope they will change there attitude and at least shed some smile next time.
