Answer phone says to make appointment online, however I have an appointment but I need to know something first, you can’t leave a message there as it just hangs up. I have left messages on a cell phone, I have text the cellphone and I have sent messages in messenger but have had no response to any of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Young man attended, acted like didn't want to be there??? No conversation, no customer service, won't be going back. Good job of painting toenails but needs a lot more practical in the actual pedicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each time I booked, I was waiting for at least 30 mins before being seen. Staff seem uninterested and those in charge rude and abrupt. Twice I booked for joint pedicures with friend/s and was assured we'd be done together as requested... never happened! Will never go back or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhygienic business. Pedi baths are not cleaned between customers and gloves are not changed from 1 customer to another. Staff are consistently rude to customers. Don't go here if you value your health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I went here for a birthday treat arriving in a happy mood and leaving in utter shock.The lady I had (the manager) cut me twice, told me off and pulled my arm because I was being ‘tense’ DUE to the fact she cut me. She didn’t apologise for either cut and when I said “ouch” she replied with “uh, what is your problem”. The lady was short and snappy with me and made me feel like I was wasting her time. This is just the costumer service.
My nails in the photo I showed didn’t look anything like my nails after. My nails were $95 and they looked tacky and cheap.
