★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great gym with good equipment & friendly people. The only downside is the open hours reduced last year. We used to go in the weekend as closed at 6pm, now 3.30pm & with young kids its impossible. Looking forward to flexible automated hours inline with Milford/Albany branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The women’s sauna has been broken for 2 months... I feel disappointed every time I walk in and see that nobody has done anything to fix it. I’m not sure why I’m paying full price for a membership. Are you guys ever going to fix the men’s sauna in Takapuna also? Staff are always nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't believe u guys r taking my money from my account when we r in lockdown. No mutual agreement was set for adding it to credit when the lockdown is over. Disappointed. Been a member here more than 5 years. We are also having a hard time , not just you guys. We are suffering all together equally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just workout has helped me figure out what workouts to do to achieve my goals by giving me a plan that I'm comfortable with the best workouts for me. They are always supportive and friendly as I'm friends with all of the workers there and even when I forgot a hairtye one time they kindly gave me a spare tye to use. I have been working out here for a long time and I prefer them over the other gyms I have been to. The prices are also really good if you're looking at memberships as it includes a whole range of stuff such as group workouts, a sauna and access to all equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my seven years gyming I do not think I have come across a worse gym; If i could give zero stars I would. The manager lack basic communication and management skills. The fans have been broken for over 2021 and some of 2020. dirrng a pandemic I cannot fathom this. The vacuum once a day and it is a very dirty unhygienic gym overall. Rarely in their soap or had wash or paper towels, be in in the gym floor or the bathroom, Finally the structural integrity of a number of machines is serious questionable. An injury waiting to happen. Glad I got out when I did, although that in itself was a nightmare.
I would like to say Just workout Birkenhead is slightly better I would recount, Sean, the brach manager is great.
In responce to the comment below; This is based on assumptions and have not and cannot be proven; Although under NZ law this repose could AND will considered defamation and slander. I will be in touch via our previous resoltion; Where I was paid out. Good luck guys.
