★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to K-Fit Lab for a few months now and I look forward to every PT session and class that I get to go to. Kelly is very accomodating and has been very helpful with my journey towards health and wellness. I definitely recommend the classes and I love how each class I get to meet someone new! The people I get to train with are at different fitness levels and age groups 20-70+. Kelly caters each exercise to the individual even though we train in a group environment, this brought me a lot of comfort whilst I was recovering from a back injury... I was still able to train without feeling the pressure of not being able to do the exercise. A+ and would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Kelly as a PT and her group classes. She is professional, loves what she does and I feel she genuinely wants to see her clients achieve their goals. Attending the group classes has given me added motivation and also added a new level of excitement to my workouts as I am always learning new exercises and the correct technique and form.
