★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcoming, friendly vibe. So much mouth watering Kai on the menu. We finally decided on the paua pocket and seafood chowder pocket. Creamy, tasty and fluffy fried bread. So good and tasty. Will absolutely come back next time we're in Rotorua. Nice coffee to boot. Nga mihi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Kai burger today and asked for regular buns didn’t happen cut into it and didn’t even eat it. Asked if I could use the toilet and there were skid stains all through the toilet and no hand soap or sanitiser in site. Will recommend to everyone to never go there and will not be back myself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely clean setting, customer service was great only 2 workers was very busy, cost of items $$$ expensive.. ordered a Surf and Turf missing Paua Sauce and the size of the meal wasn't that great, ordered a Paua Pouch it was a bit of a disappointment the Cream used was Evaporated Cream which overpowered the Paua taste so it just tasted like Evaporated Cream.. the Paua Pie was also the same but the pastry was great.. ordered yesterday Fry bread pack @ $3 this was the only thing that was awesome value & taste, nice with butter & plum jam @ home, my cuzn ordered a Works/Kai Burger to go, there was a lot of fat in that burger which made the bottom bun soggy, place had artwork but there was no music just dead silence.. I take into account that there were only two workers that day with a near full restaurant, maybe next time it will be better
