β β β β β Doctor is good n friendly but been waiting room take so longer like 45 mins than i make an appt like a many times as ive got other thing to do make me so far behind delay and doctor always take so longer with patients as seem like forget about other patients in their waiting room with their bookin appt who take so longer waiting for the next. Should b limit under 8 mins when u see the doctor, not take so longer than half an hr and need think about patients next so there only one problem with

β β β β β I've been poorly treated by one of the temporary doctors recently when I turned up for my appointment. He isn't my usual GP but he was the only one available at that time. He accused me of being "very" late and asked me to hurry up during the consultation. When I sat down and told him about my sore finger, he kept typing on his computer and asked me "what else?" without even taking the time to look at my finger or facing me when speaking to me - very unprofessional. If you don't have patience or empathy, you probably need to reconsider if being a doctor is right career for you.

β β β β β Fantastic receptionists at this medical centre. Very professional and do their best to accommodate your preferred appointment. Having recently moved to the area we went with Dr Teresa Copsey and couldn't be more pleased with her. She has an empathetic nature and is very thorough. Excellent practice.
