★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the doctors here are great no fault of them but the admin staff really need to pull their head in. Completely incompetent and unprofessional, spelling mistakes in our names, mispronunciation as well. An important prescription was forgotten about. In the past they even forgot an appointment. Will be taking this further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impressions - dyer, long wait - empty waiting room, text to say they that my account was over due with no reason as to why - apparently someone messed up their end, a simple phone call explanation wouldn't have gone a miss. Seriously need to get their act together, certainly wouldn't trust them again with my health care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Doctors but wait times can be up to an hour at times...on many occasions. The worse thing is that no one - (reception), doesn't have the common sense or respect for your time to mention this when you arrive. On my latest visit I found out from another person in the waiting room that there was a long wait, as I wasn't actually sick and only needed a repeat prescription you would of thought common sense would kick in, shorten the wait time for everyone and allow me to pop back and collect a prescription in a day or two...but unfortunately not. Apparently my blood preasure is high....what a surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and nurses are really good. Unfortunately wait times are ridiculous. I've waited 2 hours to get a 3 minute appointment for a prescription. The admin staff let other patients skip the queue to see other doctors without asking the next patient first. After all of this, "that will be $48 thanks". Should I call the police next time I'm robbed by these people?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very professional. Been trying to get my script for anitpsychotics and antidepressants. After they only gave me one month, after changing it from 3month script/repeats. Then call up to get a new script. Never gets sent to pharmacy. Ring up after 3 day freaken public holiday to get it sorted. I tell reception what has happened and they fob me off and send me to a phone line that nobodys answers. Might just go burn the building down. That might stop my withdrawals ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good general practice service with a number of doctors that really want to help their patients. Located in the middle of Rangiora it is easy to find and also easy to get too. What I like about the practice is that there is no hassles about getting an appointment if you need it quickly. Limited car parking is available out front.
