★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the main road with parking usually out front, this is a decent bakery that's easy to get to. Has table and chairs out the front, and a rest room out back if you need it. They often do deals on yesterday's food which always taste pretty good to me.

The saugage rolls smelled great, the pastry was good but the filling appeared to be heavily substituted with breadcrumb or cereal, and not meaty at all.
Unfortunately the coffee was burnt and undrinkable.
Disappointed as there were plenty of other options to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in here expecting a normal kiwi bakery… until my mum brought out the sandwiches… I was super impressed by the home made bread (you can tell by the lovely chewy crusts). Also- this might be a hot take- but the chocolate eclair was better than I’ve had at the chocolate eclair shop in Ohakune. Not too sweet and with real cream ? What a lovely spot for lunch :))
