★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady in this shop over-charged my order then when I queried her about it she tried to rip me off again by refunding me the incorrect amount. Pretty low to try scam people for a few extra bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staff are very friendly and the prices are fair for a fish and chip shop. Everything is cooked fresh to order which means longer waiting times and the buffet sits in warmer and gets topped up when it goes down. However, i still perfer The Awanui fish and chip shop over this one anyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was horrible. Lady looked at and walked past me 5 times before even asking what I wanted. Not once did she say anything or that she would be just a minute like a proper person would to a customer, even had the cheek to ask the people behind me what they wanted before asking me (they replied to her I was here before them, and she looked at me and turnt to do something else). Seriously bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a visitor here, I googled for best Chinese take aways in Kaitaia and this establishment had 4 stars so went there. Sadly we found there Sweet and Sour Pork pieces either warm or cold when eaten and the Fried Rice was ok. Not pleasant! After a phone call back to them they were apologetic and replaced the dish and refunded me the money. Thank you for that.
