★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the products that come out of the store I experienced rejection when my class cone piece I brought had broke while leaving the store I had placed it into my pocket because they had Givin it to me with no safety wrap I bought a few other things aswell. 2mins later I noticed it was broken by the sound of two class pieces hitting one another in my pocket I clearly had nothing else in my pocket so I pulled it out and yup she was broken I tried to swap it or return it but they treated me like I was nothing and they did not help me at all to refund me or swap it for another I literally just brought this from yous 2mins ago
But still they didn't want to help me solve the problem.. all I'm saying is Kaitaia Susha don't give a flying f about there customers
