★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a rip-off place!!! Both Eftpos machines broken, doesn't accept notes because it's jammed and the washing machine eats tokens without doing anything. Wasted plenty of time and money this morning and when you ring the hotline, nobody answers. You call that customer service?!?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did't get to use the washing machine as the machine, didn't spit out the tokens to put in washing machine - which was frustrating. Once I found a 0800 number n the lady explained the possible cause and refunded the money I put in the machine, I was pleased about that. Hence the 3 star rating. Thank you for the reimbursement ?
