★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for one night, it had all the things one would need. The people who welcomed us and served our dinner were friendly and helpful. The dinner we had was most delicious, bbq pork ribs+wedges+coleslaw = yummy as! Had a little roadside noise, but meh that's OK.
The beds were comfy. Thanks for a good stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a last resort because everything else was full. Got one star because the price was low, but the hotel doesn’t get cleaned or maintained at all. Also the shower was cold, walls were looking dirty and kitchen area has age old equipment and is dirty. Also entrance is through the pub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee was undertrained, wasnt given right wifi password, room werent very good, no tv, and wasnt the room we booked. Felt bad the worker not being trained well as she was new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were only there for a Birthday. The food was terrible. My seafood platter said it came with fish bites but was a old piece of frozen fish, (not even sealed wouldve claimed it as theirs), that was cut into bite size portions and tasted off. My friends ribs portions were all different sizes and their coleslaw was thick cut cabbage with 3 peeled strips of carrot. I didnt taste any dressing. The chips and kids burgers were fine but we were nearly in tears laughing at the chicken parmigiana. The staff were friendly and had good service skills but if you like your food I would not reccomend this restaurant currently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must have mistaken us from another group. For your information sir, we did NOT damage any property, we were NOT told to leave the hotel, we were NOT disturbing other people in other rooms because it looked like we occupied all your rooms, we were out early in the night until 4 am SIR.
In the first place, why in your craziest mind would you offer us a room smelling horrible knowing the previous customers peed on the bed foams the night before?
Heritage place? Not in a million chance.

We are not expecting much in this hotel since it is cheap and old but it is super worst than expected.. like literally!
The rooms stinks, unsanitary and dirty! The rooms smells like 5days old pee and the walls even have dried phlegm on it! Not just one but alot.. The floof is dirty aswell..
The staff is helpful though but when we complain About how dirty the room is they just told us that “because there is no staff/cleaner available because its holiday“! And it is not acceptable.. If only we have a choice we will definitely leave and cancel out bookong instead...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds are clean. Noisy place, traffic from main road and other guests leaving. No cups to make coffee or tea. One of showers is blocked and doesnt drain, but they leave you a plunger lol. This place was let down just by those little things. Service is friendly and helpful to carry bags up stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me & my friend book this motel at last minute. Bad communication on the phone. Paid $95 for a private room. Omg we didn’t have any blankets. We used throw blankets from another room my friend had to get. No tv. No wifi. Mould on the floor, ceiling in the bathroom, lots of holes in the carpet. Yes, I know I was ripped off! Do not take your kids there. I’m asthmatic so this just was a big no for me.
