★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike has been trying to sell my motorbike for over a year now, called me months ago with an offer far below what I wanted (and payed for, I bought the bike from him as well), now I have found out he just sold it for less than I asked for, without my knowledge, didn't even call to ask if the price was OK. This just happens to be when I need to use the bike for transport. No help on the phone, just said that he got the sale and there was no need to call.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient ( I asked a lot of questions) and what I liked most - they sold me the product I really needed and did not push for the most expensive / flash one. Good job, that's how you build a loyal customer base! I'll be back!
