★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! This was the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. I’m now Coeliac and they did gluten free fish and chips in a separate vat so no cross-contamination. The batter was light and not too dense or oily like a lot of gluten free batters. If you are looking for Gluten Free food in Opotiki or really anyone looking for a good meal, this is the place to go! I recommend the Snapper - it was obviously fresh and absolutely delicious.

i took my auntie here and two of her friends my brother for her birthday
lunch. it was so nice just to enjoy a normal coffee and the cups are big too. the staff were so nice to chat to so friendly. it was warm and comfortable and a homely feeling. a great place if your looking for a stop off and a break.
