★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling food! My burger bun was so stale it was hard as a rock plus a shrivelled up cheap chicken patty. Wedges and hotdog weren’t much better. For how expensive it is, I was very disappointed as my last visit a year ago was lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by on the 19/04. Decided to buy some 'fresh' fish fillets (yes from the store, John Dory, $4 each, possibly as a special request?) and cook them back at the campground. Some of the worst fish I've ever eaten, how do you sell that to people?
Probably should have raised it with the store in person the next day...

It’s Changed Hands in October 2020 and Ever since The quality of Food has slipped Due to New Management and with All New Staff and New Owner Cutting costs. They recently done a voucher giveaway for customers who reviewed to win $50 as this place has been very quiet lately because They not listening to customer feedback ?

Much smaller portions than normal for chips, fish and donut, and with no sauce on hotdogs and at a higher price than standard (it's a tourist area so unsurprising) and much longer wait than estimated (40 min vs 15 min estimated over phone) despite the main parcel of food being handed to me already feeling damp underneath like it had been ready to serve when I first arrived to pick it up, which is probably why it was all a bit lukewarm. The tiny donut was apparently tasty though.
Haven't tried here before so hopefully the lukewarm food was a one off freak event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New to this place. Waited 30 minutes for our fish and chips. This is why I took one star away. There is ample parking place and you would also sit beside sea inlet. Fish and chips was average but we ate it because we were hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we went to this quiet sweet Cafe. It is Easter Friday and it is surprisingly quiet. The girls behind the counter are friendly and welcoming, they are the sorts of people who belong in hospitality and continue to deliver great service throughout our dine in experience. The outside area is beautiful and sunlit with well stoked napkins, knives and folks and salt and pepper on all tables. My seafood chowder was epic and choc full of seafood ?. My partners fish burger was very yummy and generous with the fish in the burger. Awesome experience ? with great food and great ? service ? ?
