Karl was able to advise and guide us through all the stages of selling, from preparing the property for sale,to marketing and right through to the auction and successful sale of the property after three weeks on the market. During this time we lost a much loved family member and Karl went above and beyond our expectations of a real estate agent, managing the sale of our property in a way that allowed us to take time out from the process. As a result, we were able to achieve a quick sale and at the top end of the current market value Karl had appraised the property at. Up to date knowledge re engagement from buyers through using a video, was certainly hugely advantageous to our sale. With Karl's eye for detail, this provided a professional presentation of our house and was the key to engaging prospective buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Karl Leathley to sell my home in Raumanga last month and he was outstanding.
Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Karl Leathley stood out in this respect: his organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), his social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings.
I spoke with Karl and then met with him at my home. He answered all my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he sells, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing lots of information on comparable properties in the area.
When I saw my listing I was blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing. The first open home was the biggest Karl had seen with 120 people through. From this open home multiple offers were generated - one of which I chose to accept.
7 days after listing the property I had a signed agreement for sale and a few days after that it went unconditional.
I've recommended Karl Leathley to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realise it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better real estate agent!
