Definitely worth a regular visit to keep issues in check. He has given me some easy to follow exercises to do at home.
Highly recommend a visit to Ben.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I'm a fan of Chiropractic care (I know not everyone is) I used to wait until I was in real pain and discomfort before visiting the osteopath or the doctor or the Chiro. Now I go every 6 weeks as prevention and I just don't get the painful, debilitating back problems that plagued me for years. For over 15 years my regular manipulation from Ben (and others) just keep my neck and back in line and my aches and pains just aren't there anymore.
