★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a great job. They seem to have a wait list for work but they are very good. Had a minor issue with a loose screw after work completed. This was dealt with swiftly and without a hassle. Go see if they can help you out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't impressed with the service I received. They rescheduled my repair twice and then when I collected my car the stereo controls on the steering wheel weren't working. I called a few minutes after I left the shop and the FIRST thing they said was that they wouldn't pay for it. And then basically called me a liar for saying it was working the day I dropped it off. I have never been treated like that before. Turns out they did muck up the settings and it was their fault. I would never go back there again due to how I was treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have used them twice now and similar experiences both times. they didn’t do the job properly each time and we were forced to take the vehicles back for fixes and rework, without apology for the inconvenience. More concerning, on the second occasion I needed to get my car back to use to get to work after they had taken 5 days and still hadn’t completed the job, and they tried to force me to pay the full bill before i could take my vehicle despite the job not being completed.
I would warn others to be aware of the service you are likely to receive at Tustin’s. Steer clear !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt I was Interrupting their day, I went elsewhere. 2nd visit a year later for an initial assessment for a "No fault" repair insurance claim was even worse. I was given a load of waffle and told they do too many assessments and to try them again in 4 weeks! ? This was after I rang them first to get confirmation that assessments are just a "pop in" and take 5 to 10 minutes, no apology for wasting my time with mis-information and their rudeness was almost comical. If you are after the "Faulty Towers" experience for your panel beating then look no further?. I drove considerably further to RS Lane in Petone who did my assessment immediately and in less time than Tustins took to complain about life as a panel beater. RS Lane had ordered the parts before I even left their building. Tustins are so close in Karori but I cannot recommend them even if you lived next door to them - actually especially if you live next door to them - because the squid of despair that clearly hangs over them might get to you too! AVOID and continue to enjoy your life.

Still attempting to resolve, will update if they improve. Otherwise steer clear.
