β β β β β Kate is absolutely brilliant and lovely to work with. I started Alexander Technique lessons with her a few months ago as I have long-term issues with my back, and I work at a desk which makes it worse. Kate has helped me to become so much more aware of how I use my body, and as a result my back feels amazing. People keep saying I look taller! I highly recommend Kate to anyone.
