She created a very detailed custom plan for me to fully correct my spine and have it functioning optimally - this takes time but I'm committed to sticking with it to prevent future injuries. The staff are welcoming and professional and Ashman is so friendly and knowledgeable - she genuinely cares and is invested in your progress. Would recommend!

Her experienced knowledge and understanding of what is required has been the added benefit of seeing more than expected results. Walking away each week noticing more and more of a difference is so many aspects if defiantly why I am so glad I made the choice to visit the team at WYLD.
