My tent ripped and and don't exactly know why that happened, but at the shop they told me it would be obviously my own fault and so they couldn't do anything about it. They didn't even have a look at it or asked where the tent ripped. They where absolutly not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time visiting this store I was greeted after a little while, and the staff member was kind and helpful.
My most recent visit however... I managed to walk in, check multiple items around the store, compare prices between kids jackets and sizes, and walk through most of the store all while being completely ignored by the two staff members who were chatting amongst themselves.
It's not hard to stop a personal conversation at work and say hello to a customer, it's really not.
