★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tatiana really went ‘the extra mile’ for me this week to ensure that my mum received her Christmas gift from me … a Gift Voucher for RH Whakatani - her favourite coffee shop where she meets up with her friends every week. Tatiana welcomes this group of elderly people and has made them feel like family. This is extra special because most of them are far from their real families. I live in South Africa so this was all arranged via email during Tatiana’s busiest time of the year. She even sent me a photo of my mum receiving her gift. They really deserve a five star rating!!!

had a latte and a cheese scone. Both were delicious. Rather large for a coffee house. The scone was fresh, soft, and quite tasty.
All in all, Food was so good! Service is super fast! I think it's a hot spot for the locals because I always seen the same faces come in first thing in the morning for their morning coffee and breakfast! Love this place! Thanks for having me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I asked what the most popular coffee is here, the staff explained to me the difference of coffees. I am not sure if it is because this place does not have any popular one or the question was too difficult for the staff to understand. Coffee was okay.
