★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big glass windows out the front looks like not much from the outside but opens up to quite a big area. You can choose from a $19 lunch buffet to food ordered off a menu, plenty of chicken as you would expect, vegetables, rice and soup also options. Really good and professional service.

For $19 there is quite a selection but nothing spectacular. Would be great if there was more variety of sushi - like the real traditional ones in Sushi stores everywhere, instead there were only 4 varieties of miniature ones with too much sauce hardly any seafood.
Also, there was a lot of chicken dishes and other “Chinese-ish” cuisine.
Still, it is worth the money and you get what you pay for!
Very nice ambience though. Will be back to try the dinner buffet sometime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a dine in and ordered variety of food between 7 people, the staff managed to mix up an order and refused to acknowledge that it was their fault and took 20mins to sort out. Then waited close to an hour for my food to come out only to notice that they somehow forgot the order and i had to wait around to let them know which they then worked on my order. What a joke. There was a massive line of people by the time i got food with all of them waiting on food. Not the brighest staff working at the front

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously… I have been going this Katsubi for 2 years, used to be my favourite. Not anymore. Ordered 2 Large bowls, got Regular size portions of meat. Way less than what I normally get. I claimed a server it doesn’t look like for a Large bowl. She said it is Large. You get charged $41.80 for this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portions have become much smaller. It used to be value for money - past tense. I ordered a Large bowl for $22.90 & got a regular size portion of meat. When I questioned it, they said thats what you get. SMALL portions. Much less than what I used to get. SHOCKED for paying $22.90 for a regualr size portion. 2 STARS only. Date: 08 April 2022
