★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this place but their meals are getting smaller and smaller and the customer service I just recieved was appalling. What they charge versus what you receive is not worth it. I'm not going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's changed for the worse. Dining in and got a disposable bowl, not the reusable one. Now only 6 meat choices which 5 were chicken. May have been that I was there after the busy time at 3pm but the display case can't hold many more. Also reduced salad choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from the Kai being a bit on the warm side, I have to admit it's none the less than expected at a food hall. All the food places at Glenfield have the same problem less LJ's which deep fry on the spot. Seriously though get some mayo in the rice and 3 choice of meats, and you're sorted, I loved it, though it was a nice change from all the other food joints there. Will definitely stop again such a cool wee lunch. 1 star bandits especially those with only 1 or 2 reviews, need to chill out and stop being so psyco just because you can from behind a keyboard, 1 star is for extremely poor, very very bad, this place, is not that. Thanks Katsubi Glenfield see you again next week, glad I stopped in for a change after all these years going to that food hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new young guy that works there is so rude and gives the smallest portion sizes. The bowl isn't even half full. This place used to be amazing, but portions keep getting smaller and the staff are getting more rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very few restaurants know how to cook Tofu well, this includes some very high end places, however, lil' ol' Katsubi absolutely cooks Tofu to perfection - just for this I will be a customer for life.
