The photos of my house were amazing; a beautiful memory of my home for the last 22 years, and the marketing campaign was outstanding! You’re communication was fabulous, I really enjoyed our chats and you held my hand throughout this entire process. You gave me confidence when I was nervous, you answered all my odd questions without making me feel weird and I knew that I was in the safest hands the whole time, even when covid-19 delayed the marketing campaign I still felt it was all part of the master plan. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Fiance and I recently purchased our first home being sold through the Kings of Bayview. Liz was at the door on our first viewing and welcomed us warmly! For us, this was the first realestate agent who had actually introduced themselves rather than just asking us to sign their register.
Instantly we both felt comfortable with asking questions which we had previously not been as confident in doing. Throughout the entire process, from sending through all of the documents to get checked out, to the day the hammer dropped and we won our Auction, Liz was helping us along the way giving us guidance to secure our first home.
We are both so extremely grateful and would highly recommend both Liz and Andy (met Andy on the night of Auction and was also so friendly!). Thank you both again so much for everything. We are so grateful!

But better than that, they are just both really nice people who did the best for us as both sellers and buyers as we were lucky enough to buy our new property off them too. Couldn't have been happier, I'm not sure we would have made it without them!
