★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at glenfield store are amazing and so. the best among other Bed, Bath and Beyond Store. The staff are so helpful gave us number for other store when they didnt have more of the item we wanted. my husband rang Albany store and got some grumpy answer and tell him they had none though system showed they had some. and then he rang St Lukes and the lady who answered was lovely and actually went and checked if they had it and kept it aside for him to pick up later.

And we just wanted to say how exceptional the customer service was from both of the staff but more so Mel, she was so sweet and super helpful, and assisted us with buying a bambou matress topper (Which we love) And the bambou pillows. From another store because they were all out.

The exchange policy is very helpful.
One can get stuff shipped from other BB&B stores and collected here.
The sales and promotions going on allow a good bargain price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife shopped at this shop on Monday aternoon, and it became the worst shopping experience ever. The shop sold the item they agreed to keep for her to another customer in an hour before my wife came back to pay for it. Even after she told that customer the whole story and that customer would like to let my wife take it, the shop manamger interfered and let the customer buy it. My wife felt so unequal, unfair and humiliated.
