β β β β β Driving past I always thought this place was all grand pianos and flutes, but hidden in there is a Rockshop section that makes the place a must-visit.
Went there by chance, was looking for a tuning peg to fix my mates guitar and the other stores in the area couldn't help on a Monday, so we were third call lucky.
Service was UNBELIEVABLE the guitar guy there Josh went way beyond the call of duty giving the guitar a full check through and repair while we all had a great conversation.
Can't wait for an excuse to go back there and spend more time ... and this time money as well.

β β β β β Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and very kind. They only recommend what I really need, with always smile. Because they are very kind to every customer, there would be sometimes a bit waiting time when they are taking care other people before your turn. But, it is understandable that everyone needs proper and professional guides for instruments, and they would take that much time to you as well.

β β β β β Really awesome place. Awesome staff. Each time I have gone there, they have been really helpful, knowledgable, kind and patient. Shout out to both Carvin and Josh who have been really awesome every time I've been there. Highly recommend! My interactions with you two is the reason I'll keep coming back to this store as opposed to others down the street and elsewhere in Auckland.

β β β β β Best purchase experience ever. I did a lot of research about what digital piano to buy and decided to get a Kawai ES110 but I wanted to check it in person and try the keys.
They didnβt have one in display so the girl that was helping me and the guy, opened it for me so I can try it. Both of them a 10 stars service!.
They were really helpful and Iβm really happy with the service and the product. Will absolutely go to this shop every time I need to purchase something.
