They have been very thorough and skilled with their diagnosis of my hydraulic leak, and done a great job with the repair and subsequent checks. I highly recommend this business and its great team.

β β β β β They worked hard to find parasitic battery drain fault on my Mercedes SLK. Came up with a workable solution. They took longer than expected and discounted a fair price for the work. Would have liked more comunication but would still go back as they seemed to know what they wanted to do and satisfactorily resolved the battery drain issue.

The team at Kevin Burt were professional giving us excellent detail to what was required along with a quote that was priced reasonably. As our repairs were a little more technical they kept us up to date with timing and any additional pricing along the way. We are really happy with our excellent service and the car has been running like a dream again. We will definitely be using you as our mechanic for our future services and repairs. We highly recommend this mechanic to any Audi owners out there.

β β β β β I went here in 2020 to get a service for a BMW 316ti and to diagnose a break problem. It took them 2 weeks to service the car and no phone conect or anythin to keep me updating. After 2 weeks went to get my car back and there was nothing done to the car same oder and told me needed break rotas. I paid 450 for this and they didn't do nothing ripp of don't go to them unless u want to get ripped off a arm n a leg. And I took my BMW to anthor place and found out it was my vucum leaking. Honestly worst place every don't go here.

β β β β β I used KBL on numerous occasions. My total spendings would be over $10,000 over about a two year period. My father actually recommended me KBL as he use to use them. I later found out that was when Kevin Burt himself use to own the place and it was sold to the people I dealt with. I never leave negative feedback and have actually never used google for reviews personally. I couldnβt not with the dealings and service I received. Firstly, their communication is shameful. There is absolutely no sincerity in their apologies apart from a 15% off voucher up to $100. I was mucked around on every visit, I also had parts of my car broken on two occasions. Ones that I gave up on and had to pay to get fixed elsewhere because Iβd tried to contact them and they didnβt get back to me or they tried to fix and they were still broken. I paid for things and they didnβt do them till I found out took it back and then they send my car to Armstrong Prestige to do because obviously they canβt. I was never advised this was happening. If you want the list of issues I had with this company donβt hesitate to get in touch. I wouldnβt go anywhere near them. They donβt care for their costumers who spend $1,000s with them. It is the worst experience from a company Iβve experienced ever. Would love to hear a response. I now take my C63 to Armstrong Prestige and their service is second to none. It maybe cost a touch more but Iβd pay double to have an easy and clear communicational experience. AVIOD!!!!

β β β β β Update review. Well fantastic after service iv had. It's not often you get a company that deals with customers so well after they have finished doing or working on your vehicle. It's not always a technician can get things right but in saying that these guys are willing to go extra mile to help.. my car is my pride and joy and I will give them my bmw to work on from now on.. Thanks again.
