The original Ryco part they ordered in for me had a design flaw and did not fit correctly, but undeterred, they searched through pages of parts and found another brand they had in stock that was the right bit. They saved us from the prospect of a long holiday drive in a very uncomfortable work van instead of the comfort of the car. On top of that, they also threw in some oil to replace what I had lost with the earlier failure, which I didn't ask for. Awesome. Thanks guys, now a loyal customer, you will be first stop from now on.
